• Provide details about the issue with the repair work
• Allow us to inspect the furniture and assess the situation

Replacement Services

In cases where a refund is not appropriate, we may offer to re-perform the repair service at no additional cost to address any legitimate concerns about workmanship or materials.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Custom work that has been completed according to specifications
• Damage that occurs after service completion due to misuse or neglect
• Services cancelled due to customer change of mind after work has begun
